Hannibal Marks 1 1720-1793 & Hannibal Marks 2 1765-1820? & their likely ancestors

The novel 'Hannibal Marks' by Prideaux Skelton covers the lives of the first 3 Hannibal Marks. The events in this book undoubtedly took place: what is not proven, is whether the Marks were involved with them. I am going to give her the benefit of the doubt for the most part- apart from where I can prove that there is obviously a problem, with dates etc, and will precis what she has written . She claims to be directly descended from these Hannibals- I have yet to discover how.
