~1807-1810 Helen Gibson married Andrew Spittal . Cannot find the marriage on FMP, nor on SP1800-1810 - tried different spellings

James Spittal Son Unmarried Male 40 1821 Farmer Old Monkland, Lanarkshire, Scotland

Son James 1821 not found in 1871C: there is a James the same age, but he was married long before 1861! - this one a farmer, married, of 100 acres

Cannot find deaths for either of them on SP 1861-1881 - this really odd . And they do not seem to die in England

Could Helen Spittal, 83, have died Kippen, Stirling in 1869 - Kippen~ 50 k NE of Glasgow . Thought this possible as no other Helen Spittal of about that age in 1851C or 1861C- so purchased this: but she is the widow of a William Spittal!!
