1821-1826. Richard Edwards married Mary ?? Llanfihangel . Ancestry does not have this on its Wales Select Marriages- just ones to Elizabeth 1828 & Susannah 1821 . But an Edward Edwards marries Mary Rowlands Llanfihangel on 24/1/1823- could John 1830 be an issue instead of this union?? On FS only certain baptism would seem to be Elisa in Llanfihangel 1834 , but also John 1833 in Aberyswyth
1831. A John Edwards baptised 19/1/1831 to Richard & Mary Edwards Llanbadarn Fawr- FS- Is this definitely he?? His father seemigly dead by 1841

1851. Aberystwyth Dec John Edwards married Margaret Lloyd Ancestry does not have such a marriage other than those given on bmd. To find her name, I purchased the b.c. of one of her children, one that is unique!!- that of Evan Edwards Aberyswith Jun 1870- & his mother is Margaret Lloyd.

1891C. Cannot find John Edwards, so he has likely died 1881-1891.
A Rootschat board - http://www.rootschat.com/forum/index.php?topic=493654.0 - has him dead by 1887 when his daughter, Margaret Edwards 1861, married Thomas Lloyd/Griffiths/Evans ? Cannot find her in 1891C- her brother Evan Edwards 1871 is said to be with her too . Greygirl has this Margaret 1861 as her ggrandmother - do not think she had gone further back . So,
1881-1887. John Edwards died . Only anywhere near death is Aberystwyth Dec 1882, aged 53
His son, Morgan Edwards, b. Llanbadarnfawr, miner, speaks English & Welsh, is in 1891C as a boarder. Also in the household is an Evan Davies, 38, b. 1853 Llanbadarnfawr, with his family- a relation maybe of his mother if she was Margaret Davies. Cannot find Evan Edwards 1871
