1788. Jonathan Jelley maybe baptised 14/5/1788 to William Jelley & Dorothy in St John Coventry ... but another 1784 baptism to a Charles & Ann . In 1841C there is a Sarah Jelley aged 65 living with him- could she be an older sister?

1814. Mary Ann Jelly was baptised to Jonathan & Hannah Jelly, he a watchmaker, in St Michaels Coventry on 27/10/1814 - Ancestry Warwickshire baptism records . . Also baptisms in the same church in Coventry of Jonathan 1816, Elizabeth 1820, Catherine 1823, Sarah 1825, Eliza 1828 & James 1830 to Jonathan & Hannah , address St Michaels. Would appear that Mary Ann Jelley 1814 was the firstborn . Friday and Barton Ancestry family tree has her sister Sarah Jelley 1825 marrying a Rhodes with children .

1841C Jonathan & Hannah Jelley are living at Spon Street, Coventry, Jonathan Jelley a Watchmaker. His age of 65 incorrect

Eliz Austin could well be their child baptised in 1820, married ~1838?, but no Bmd marriage!. Maybe Han/Hannah was married before and Jos Sutton was a son of that marriage, or Hannah Sutton could be another daughter whose baptism 1821-5 I have not found., but no marriage of a Jos Sutton to a Hannah Jelley 1838-1840. But, there is a marriage of Hannah Jelley to Josiah Cook in 1839, and a James Cook 1840 appears with the family in 1851C!!

1851C. Jonathan & Hannah Jelley are living at Spon Street, Coventry, Jonathan Jelly a Watchmaker. Also a grandson.

 

1861C, Jonathan & Hannah Jelley, aged 74, are living with married daughter, Sarah 1822-5, at Court 2, 22 Well Street, Coventry
