Doubted that Niblo was her name -certainly was not convinced on the N! Think it might read Webb . And Ancestry actually transcribes her as Elizabeth Webls . And there is a birth for Mary Webb Penkridge Mar 1861.
There does not appear to have been a legal marriage between William Wilson & Elizabeth Webb 1861-1871 or even 1861-1881

~1874. Have not found Fanny Wilson's birth on BMD/FMP or Ancestry. But baptised as Fanny Wilson Coppenhall to William & Elizabeth on 29/4/1874, father a labourer-FMP .
BUT, there are births of Edith Webb 1863, Jane Webb 1866 ,William Webb Sep 1869 & Fanny Webb Jun 1874, all Penkridge. So my opinion is that William never married Elizabeth. I could obtain Fanny Webb's 1874 b.c to see if there is any clue on it to her father
